    Hi,

    Everytime Vienna MIR pro is launched (MIR pro plugin) I get a reminder window which suggests to update. I'm on last version and I'm working on PC. Problem is the suggested update is for Mac OS Sierra... (?) Any idea to avoid this reminder ?

    And just an additional question, if I don't miss anything, MIRpro and MIRacle are VST2 only, right ?

    That's an interesting error message, could you please send a screenshot to support@vsl.co.at?

    And yes, MIR PRO and MIRacle are both VST2 only.

    Hi Paul,

    I had to wait a while as it doesn't occur every time I'm launching Cubase. That said, I'm sorry, as I usually quickly click to close the window and I missed two things :

    - it's related to VEpro and not MIR
    - it suggests a 5.4 Windows update (noticing a fix for macOS Sierra in Release Notes)

    The offered update is 5.4 build 15551 but I'm currently using 6.0 build 15567... I'll send a screenshot to support.

    Hi Alain, 

    I know that your setup works, but unfortunately the screenshots did not go through... Can you send the one from the update message again (5.4.15551 offered)? Could it be that there are some parts of an "old installation" still around on your system for some reason?

    Heres' the image.

    BTW, I realized the reminder was about VEpro and Vienna Instruments (and not VEpro5 or 6, and not MIR but the window appears while launching MIR). As I installed VIpro one day (I don't know why as my instruments are on the slave computer...), I unistalled it. But today, the reminder appeared again while opening a project and launching MIR.

    Hi, 

    You're probably mixing up the different components of your setup. This error message is asking for VI&VE updates.... which version is installed? If it is a later one, please show that on your screenshot, to double-check!

    Hi Paul,

    Looks like I have VEpro6 and MIR only on master PC. Vienna Instruments Pro had been installed one day but I uninstalled it last week. No showing message today. I'll let you know if ever it shows back. Whatever, nothing serious, everything works great here ;-)
