  • Copying articulations from one instrument to another

    Hi,

I could have sworn I watched a VSL tutorial where Herb mentioned being able to copy from one instrument in a matrix and creating the same articulations for a different instrument. e.g. copy a matrix containing violin legato, violin staccato and violin pizzicato to a new matrix which would create the corresponding cello legato, cello staccato and cello pizzicato.

Am I just making this up or are we able to do this with Vienna Instruments Pro? (without having to manually load up the corresponding patches ourselves)

    Thanks!

    P

    Hi Paulo,

Are you referring to this undocumented feature?

    Best,

  • Hey Paul,

Yes that's it, amazing! The Alt-Cmd-W trick is exactly what I was looking for.

    Thanks a lot!

    Hi,

We have produced many VI PRO videos in 2011, all available on the VI PRO product page.

    Best,
