Hey cohorts,
I just migrated to Mac with VE Pro 6 and am having a small problem. The MIR Pro Room Tone channel's volume fader is resetting to 0 every time I re-open the project (even after I had previously set it to a different value). All other parameters within VE Pro and MIR Pro are fine and saving like they should. Any known fix for this?
I previously ran VE PRO 5 on a PC and never remember having this specefic problem.
Some specifics for my current setup:
-Using Logic Pro X (latest version)
-Running the latest VE Pro 6 (latest version)
-Macbook Pro 2012, 10.12.2 (latest version)
Any help would be greatly appreciate. Happy New Years to all!

In case you're indeed using MIR Pro as AU-plug-in in Logic, my next question is: The plug-in's assigment to act as RoomTone return is still working when you're re-opening your project? Or do you have to re-assign this function before you can set the correct volume again? (... which would be a known, but hard-to-reproduce issue with MIR Pro's plug-in version.)

Hi again,
it seems as you indeed ran into a small inconsistency of the integration between MIR Pro and VE Pro. :-/ Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
As a matter of fact, the actual volume control for the RoomTone in MIR Pro's GUI (see attachment) will always override the level you have set in VE Pro's "RoomTone"-channel. The expected behaviour would be that both values are hard-linked (much like in case of the Instrument Icon's volume), but right now the one in MIR Pro's GUI will "win", effectively.
I will ask VSL's software engineers to look into that irritating conceptual flaw ASAP.
As a workaround, I suggest to set the volume for MIR's RoomTone by means of its dedicated volume fader in MIR Pro's GUI only. Thanks for your patience!

This is all very helpful info. I'm happy there's at least a workaround for now and that I was able to help point out a small issue.
Thanks for the great support. VSL products very much a part of my daily life so I'm very thankful that there's such an awesome support team & community around them.
