Try to strangle them with your bare hands to cut off the air flow :-D I'm sorry but could you be more specific? Are you using VI or VI PRO? Do you have them set to keyswitches and the keyboard is red? Or are they red in the matrix cells?

Hi,
Usually this means that the sample content cannot be found.
Try this routine:
Please open the Directory Manager (find it in "Applications" (OS X) or "All Programs" (Win) => then "Vienna Instruments").
Remove all folders - then add all sample content again by drag and drop from your Finder/Explorer.
More information about how the Directory Manager works can be found in the video "How to use the Directory Manager".
Best,
Paul

You were totally right, once I hit rescan everything went blue again. Thanks a million!

Hey Paul.
I have done all this and I still have the red going on. It is with the saxophone library. It seems like the standard library articulations show up but all the extended ones are red and unplayable.. I upgraded to the full library a few weeks ago, but I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rescanned, dragged, dropped, you name it, nothing will make those articulations turn blue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated..thanks

Hi,
This is how to make the switch to iLok.
You need to install EVERYTHING you find under "Not Installed" in your Vienna Assistant, and please make sure that your licenses are activated in the iLok License Manager.
Best,
Paul

Everything is installed. Everything is iLok registered. I have rescanned yet again. Still Red articulations.!
I am also not getting any response on VSL support. I have 2 case numbers for this same issue and no-one is answering.
Sorry just getting frustrated. Had to limp through work today.
I will happily attach pics if that would move things along faster.
Please help!

VSL support got back to me . All fixed and running as it should. I did not realize I had to surrender my old library.
Now just trying to make the decision on Prime before the 31st!Thanks
