  • [SOLVED] VePro server Crash

    Hi

I am trying to load a server project on vepro 6 but crash everytime. this is one of my temlates from vepro 5 and was working very well on it..

this server project have 6 instances with 7 to 16 channels each, loaded with PLAY, MOTU ETHNO, KONTAKT, OMNISPHERE, TRILLIAN samples (all updated to latest version) ..... and when I load the instances one by one everything goes well and there is no crash.

    Any one with same experience??

    Any help please??

    Thanks in advance

  • Hi martin27,

First things first: Which OS are you working on?

Are you using the latest versions of all involved plug-ins?

If you get a crash report, please send it to us as a text file: support@vsl.co.at

A new version of VE PRO 6 is already in the pipeline.

    Best,
    Paul

  • Thanks Paul for fast reply

    Windows 10 up to date

    Latest version of all plugins

latest version of Vepro6 (downloaded yestarday the demo version just to check it)

where to find the crash report????

  • Hi martin27,

The dump file can be found here (at the location described in the error message you receive):

    C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\VSL\Vienna Ensemble Pro\crashdumps\app

=> this folder is a hidden system folder, make sure that you see it: Organize => Folder and Search Options => "View" Tab.

    Best,
    Paul
