    Hi VSL Community

    I am stumped. I have a VEP project with an instance that uses 10 solo instruments. Despite the fact that I have set all sliders to N/A and checked the master volume of each instrument to be sure they all match, the Bb trumpet (one example from this composition) is FAR softer than the bassoon. I've got each instrumment using Perf Leg to make the comparison in initial settings.

    What am I missing? I'd like to match up the initial volume of each instrument before adding controllers/articulations, etc..

    Hi Paul,

    did you check the sliders of the mixer at the right side of Vienna Instruments? Click on "advanced" first in the right upper corner, than you see the sliders in the right corner below. starting point is 0.0 (sliders up).

    In Vienna Instruments Pro you click on "advanced", then you see in the first tab Mixer with the sliders of that mixer below.
    In VIPro you can also change the volume in the upper left corner in the blue column right next to the name of the Matrix (it should be 0,0dB to start with). Every Matrix has that feature.
