    Running Mac OS 10.11.6 on an iMac, 4 GHz Intel Core i7, 24 GB RAM.

    The Sibelius: VSL Soundset Installer v.1.0.103 (OS X) gets all the way to the install, then a message--see jpg.

    -=-=-=-=-=-=-=No error code is listed.  Running Sibelius 8.4.  Also, it says "you may want to try installing", but when the window is expanded, there's no more text.

    I've tried restarting, closing all other files etc.  Please help!  Thanks!

    Hello musewoman!

    Please make sure that Sibelius and the Vienna Instruments & Vienna Ensemble software are installed before you run the VSL Soundset Installer.
