Articulation does not work in Sibelius

I have Solo Strings Extended I+II installed and use it with Sibelius 8.4.2. I have set up a Playback configuration and have loaded the preset "Sib_SS-Cello_L2+II. Sibelius produces sound but when I create the Technique Text command “senza vibrato” nothing happens, I still hear the Cello with vibrato. When I create a control change "CC2,0" I get the desired sound without vibrato. But how can I get this result with the Technique Text command “senza vibrato”?

I could solve the problem by to choose the right instrument in Sibelius: Solo Violoncello instead of Violoncello.
