    Hi all,

    Have you had by chance the time to load VE 6 in Finale v25? For some reasons it seems that it fails to load older files saved in 2014.5. It is kind of a never ending loading samples, up to the point when on the ve pro main window says "not responding".

    Also I would like to know if I can use the same dump file from previous version 2014.5. Is nothing under pressure in my case, but just want to know if is on my end though.

    Hi again everybody,

    Just sadly noticed that after reisntalling everything from scratch win 10 + finale 25 + Vsl , still the problem persists. The kontakt instances inside VE pro along with Mir and other efects failed to load.

    Probably it's too soon for this combination. I saw that Andy reccomended using IAC busses for MAC version, so probably I'll have to stick with LoopeBe myself, till things get settled.

    Hi there!

    The combination win 10 + finale 25 + VE PRO 6 works fine on my PC, so

    there is hope for everyone experiencing problems in the beginning :)

    Thank you for your reply. Indeed the combination works well for me too. I was saying that when I try to open older files , saved in 2014.5 and having Kontakt instances, the Ve pro fails to load. I still cannont figure out yet if it is Finale's v25 fault to read the combination. Anyway, I will revert everything to previous versions jjust to finish the piece.

    Hello Bogdan!

    Our keyswitch dump file for Finale works with Finale 25 as well. In order to check, if your other problem has anything to do with our software, please save your Vienna Ensemble Pro project (viframe) with VE Pro 5. Then reinstall VE Pro 6 and try to load it. Does the problem persist?

    Hi ,

    Thanks Andi for great advices and also for your time. Everything works now - I caught a crash dump file though by playing with the files. If intersted, I can definetly send it to you. However, it happend  only once.
