    Purchased 3 instruments.

    Trombone, Bas Trombone and chembasso.

    Two license downloaded wiithout problem.

    Chembasso license -all time I get error!

    No recovery and no mainterance and restart don't help :(

    First time get it.

    Anybody know solutions?

    HI BTB, 

    I already answered your mail to Support: I believe you are using a very old key that cannot store more than 7-10 licenses. 

    The best idea is to get a new key and transfer all licenses there.
