As some of you already noticed, our colleagues at eLicenser are performing maintenance work on their license server, which takes longer than we hoped. 

We apologize for the inconvenience, it´s never a good time for these tasks... especially when you´re eager to check out your new instruments.

Any word on this yet? I purchased the Jazz Drums yesterday to use on a project that needs to be done this week and I'm still waiting for the authorization to work so I can use them.

Our latest news is that the eLicenser team hopes to get the server back online towards late afternoon/evening. 

I´m also checking every 10 minutes here, will keep you up to date.

Hello everybody, 

I got an update that eLicenser are confident that they will be able to handle the huge amount of data they´re dealing with soon. 

Such events are VERY rare, and once again, we´d like to apologize for any inconvenience on their behalf. 

Thanks for your patience! I´ll definitely post an update in this forum and contact all of you who have contacted us at Support via mail, once this situation has changed.
