    I have Ensemble Pro 5 but no serial for Epic Orchestra???

    I am able to do the download for it but it looks on the elisencer when its done and will not work??  I cannot install the library even.  How do I get the serial for Epic to show up?

    Hello brobawesome,

    It looks like you have purchased your VE PRO 5 at a musicstore, and so far you have only registered 1 of 3 serial numbers for Vienna Ensemble PRO 5 on your account.

    You also didn´t register the serial number for Epic Orchestra.

    To do that, please look up the purchase confirmation you have received upon purchase and register those serial numbers here.

    We will send activation codes to download your licenses right away.

    That's the odd thing.  I only see one under order 153346.  If it was only supposed to be ensemble pro on that order that's fine, but I don't want to miss out on the library if I made a mistake somewhere.
