I have a little question. I have the Dimension strings (and brass) and I just want to know if there is a way to control the individual players' volume *evolving in real time* via midi cc without making a separate track for each one.
Thanks,
Alan

If you use VE PRO as host you could load two or more instances of VI on seperate channels inside VE PRO, but all asigned to the same midichannel. Each instance is loaded with a different player (or desk) and now you asigne for each instance also a different cc controler on volume. (or any other parameter).
Now you have individual control on each player running on the same miditrack in your host.

"MIDI Learn is explained on p. 17 of VI Pro's Manual (basically it's simply a right-click in the GUI)."
...in the "Real-Time Controller Area" but not for the volumesliders in the mixer, to control "seperate players" of the same patch as I understood the question asked in this thread. 😉
