My question is, say I buy the Special Edition 2 (Guitar and Keyboards) package, and buy the Vienna Key and all that, do I have to buy the player separately or does it come with the Special Edition 2? Can the samples be run through say Kontakt 5?

The standard Vienna Instruments player comes with any instrument you buy, as does the standard Vienna Ensemble host.
It costs extra to upgrade to Vienna Instruments Pro and Vienna Ensemble Pro.
