    Hi

    I saw this new promotion for upgrades from SE to standard/full libraries and single instruments. The discount shows up on the libraries but not when looking at the single instruments. I can only see my regular SE discount. Maybe I misunderstood the promotion but it seemed to suggest single instruments were a part of it.

    Not sure if that helps, but did you check out the last paragraph on the Special Offer Page?

    After you’ve logged in at www.vsl.co.at you may use your basket as a calculator to forecast your upgrade discounts accurately. The Vienna Special Edition products you add to your basket are treated as “registered” products, resulting in discounts towards other products (Single Instruments, Vienna Instruments Collections, Bundles) in your basket. Your personal savings are visible when you click on the Info button next to “Your Price”. You may remove items from “MyBasket” manually at any time – take your time to try out various options!

    Same here. Single Instruments only get the usual SE discount applied. Inside the basket as well.

    It seems that something went wrong on our side, but the issue has been resolved. You should now also see the discount towards the Single Instruments.
