FINALE 2012 and VSL Special Edition

In Windows, FINALE 2012 is not recognizing the drivers when I tried to load them into the Manage VST Plug-Ins.

Can someone give me some guidance?

Finale is a 32bit program. Make sure you're using the 32bit version of the VSL VI player.

Thanks, Bill. I only had one option for VSL VI player. Where do I find the 32 bit one?

Hello Leo!

On Windows computers you can choose the folder where to install the 32-bit VST-Instruments during installation of the Vienna Instruments & Vienna Ensemble software. If you don't remember which folder you have chosen, look for the file "Vienna Ensemble.dll". If you can't find it, repeat the installation process and take care where you install the 32-bit VST-Instruments.

Thank you VERY much, Andi. I did not realize that the 32 bit drivers were not marked as such. They are marked just as drivers whereas the 64 bit drivers actually have the number "64" in their name.

I found the correct drivers and have installed them.
