    Im sorry! Ive just trown 15,000 SEk into nothing. Can you plz explain a more intuitive way to getting my downkoad to work!

    Do remember, it is a weekend and I would be very surprised if VSL has a weekend response team that monitors the forum so...

     

    I take it you are trying to get your download product to work?  Is it a sample library or is it software?

    The Usual Suspects 😐

    Have you updated all of the most recent VSL drivers? Downloader? Installer? etc.

    You installed the product on your computer?

    You have installed the most recent version of e-Licenser?

    The Directory manager has scanned your hardrives for the content files?

    You've rebooted?

     

    It might be helpful to list your system specs...

     

    Other than that, based on the information you've given, we would have to go into the intelligence insulting categories such as...

    Your computer is NOT a Commodore 64? it is plugged in, turned on, monitor's on, etc? 

    You do have a license to use the product?

    You have a Vienna key?

    Your Vienna key is plugged into a USB on your computer (which is NOT a Commodore 64)?

    Your Vienna key is NOT plugged into any random light socket?

    Your Vienna key is NOT plugged into any random wall outlet?

    Your Vienna key is not plugged into Where the Sun don't shine😔

     

    With the information you've given you can't expect a better response.  However, thank you for the opportunity to have some fun😃

    I can imagine how frustrating it is to have spent a lot of money, your download isn't working as expected, and things aren't clear to you.

    But jasensmith is correct that you may have to wait for a weekday to get official VSL help. He is also correct that you will need to provide more information about your precise situation before anyone can really help you.

    One thing is sure, you have not wasted your money. VSL software is a quality product, and their system of installation works. It only remains for you to get the help you need. If you help people understand your situation they should be able to point you to a solution.

    There are some quick instructions in the column to the left in your Library Download Section (log in to see your download files).

    Which step doesn´t work?
