Crash on install

Download manager functions flawlessly until all downloads are completed. Manager crashes hard when first install is attempted. Restart has no effect. Mac OS 10 Yosemite.  Any advice?

Are you using the latest Download Manager?

If yes: Do you get a crash report? Please send it to support@vsl.co.at, so we can take a look.

I assume that you have also installed the latest eLCC Software and your licenses are available on your key.
