Dimension violins have no matrices???

I just installed it, and I have lots of patches and various presets, but no matrices. The Cellos DO have matrices.

I tried downloading the Dimension violins update and dragging it into Directory Manager, which did an update, but still no Violin matrices.

I can't check this out, as all the studios are off (for the weekend...!), but if it turns out to be the case, you can always save the matrices you like directly from the Preset.

I know that, but there are a LOT of them in the Dimension strings! 😞

Did you try to "rescan existing" folders in the directory manager?

And then reboot your Host.

Yes, no difference.  The other sections have matrices, but not the violins.  😞

Mine so, so they do exist.

To install an instrument update, you drag the zipped update file into the Directory Manager.

Thanks. I tried that and it made no difference. All the other sections have matrices, just not the violins.  :-(

Solved. I reinstalled them from zero and now the matrices are there.  :-)
