Hi All. I was wondering what the deal is with the sounds that come bundled with Gigastudio 3 Orchestra. I have Solo already and it came with a couple patches from VSL including a FREAKING AMAZING legato clarinet- seriously guys, you have created the most realistic clarinet legato patch I have ever heard in my 30 years involved with music.
Anyhow, I might be able to get GS3 Orchestra for a real deal but also might have the opportunity to go with Opus 1 instead. Because of GS3's Rewire (I use Sonar which also has that "freeze" feature) feature, is it really worth my while to get GS 3 Orchestra when I can load 8 modules of GS3 Solo to get the polyphony I'm looking for? My main reason to buy Gigastudio 3 Orchestra would actually be for the included Vienna sounds, but it doesn't look like they have the performance tool features that are so important in the making realistic music. Obviously it would be cheaper than buying Opus 1. I'm just wondering if the sounds are comparable.
Thanks!
