    • Is there a place to call to get help since I do not have a 190 IQ, this is the only software I have ever seen that requires me to have a high IQ and high security clearance in a top notch government organization. There is no support or video tutorials to assist with what would normally only take me 10 minutes to install. I have thousands of dollars in other software and they all install nice and easy, what gives?????

    Ok thanks for your help.. I contacted them and all I needed to do was download the Standalone player which I did not see in the directions now I am able to use the .dat files now. I thought I could use this through Kontakt Player so that is why I was confused..
