    Hey guys

    I've just started using Vienna MIR Pro. Massively enjoying it, but I started mid-project, so I have very little time to get things up and running.

    Thought I'd ask from people with experience, should MIR PRO work with offline bounce in Logic X? (I'm not using VEP, only one computer)

    I did an offline bounce of a track and got some artifacts, but I'm not sure wether it was MIR PRO that was the problem.

    Grateful for advice!

    Welcome Peter,

    I've already asked VSL's support team to look into your issue. I just tested offline-bouncing of a small project here with Logic 9 (I don't have X at hand right now), and it worked as expected.

    I'm sure we can sort this out quickly. :-) In the meantime you could supply us with more details, like the buffer settings you're using for MIR Pro, or any other peculiarity you can think about.

    Hi Peter,

    According to VSL Support's Logic specialist, there are no known problems when bouncing offline with MIR Pro in Logic X. A dedicated test session didn't reveal any new issues today.

    I'm sorry guys, I didnt realize i had notifications turned off, sorry for the delay!

    Ran a couple of more tests and had no issues, so my glitch must have had some other reason and just happened to coincide with installing MIR Pro. Been using it now for a while and loving it!!!

    (But man I wish there was some way for the plugin to read the channel strip name from Logic...)
