I own several standard editions of single instruemtns (bass trumpet, euphonium, etc.). Is there a way to upgrade to the full version without having to pay the full price?
Thanks,
Mike

That's a good question. If you own the standard version, you actually should have to only pay for the "extended" part when upgrading. When you're logged in, it should show the "list price" and "your price", the latter being the price for the "extended" library minus the price for "standard" one you already own.
I too have a lot of standard instruments where I was planning to upgrade to the full library at a later point. The website is showing me inconsistent pricing though. For some instruments, the price is discounted correctly and not at all for others. I assume it's because some of my instruments were parts of a bundle - I have Woodwinds 1 Standard for example. I hope it's just an error on the site though, because it would be silly, and defeat the whole point of the modular system, if one couldn't upgrade the Bassoon on its own just because they got it as a part of a collection.
Hi,
Like Jimmy said, you should see the correct upgrade prices when you are logged in with your registered email address.
If you have any questions, please contact us directly at sales@vsl.co.at, best with screenshots of what you see in our webshop (if you think it´s not correct).
Thanks,
Paul
