    Hi,

    New user here. I don't see any instruments when I launch Vienna Instruments.

    I think the installation failed somehow. The Library Installer sees the package.info file, but nothing happens when I hit Open and confirm that the Vienne Key is present. It looks like the files never decompressed. There's just 7 "setup-Epic-Orchestra_01.cab" in the folder. 

    Can someone help?

    Did you tell Vienna where to find the files?

    This can be done through the Directory Manager.

    Hi Dan,

    Your downloaded installation files (*.cab files, highly compressed) have to be installed (=extracted) to become the actual sample content.

    In the installation process, the location of this sample content is added to your Directory Manager automatically. 

    Installation should start automatically if you have not turned off the "Auto-Install" Option in the Download Manager ("on" by default). 

    If the sample content is not installed yet, simply click "INSTALL" in the Download Manager!
