    Hi,

    I did use the legato tool and besides some unexpected behavor - hanging notes - it did work. Now I wanted to try the repetition tool and did load "VL-14 _PERF_REP_leg 4-140".I did change the relevant MIDI channel to Repetition and try to play, but nothing happend. The MIDI signal did arrive to GS (red channel led flashing) but not to the on screen keys. When I play with the mouse on the on screen keyboard then it sounds. From my master keyboard nothing. As soon as I put my settings back and play a legato instrument it does work.

    What I am doing wrong?

    Hello Iwan,

    did you open the edit mode of the repetition mode and load the right preset?
    Sorry, if this is a silly question, but the legato mode can be used mostly out of the box, the repetition mode needs the right setup.
    It's not so complicate to work with the repetition mode, but I strongly recommend to read the manual.

    I'll also post a midifile with repetition examples in the topic "Repetition Tool" by SyQuest. (in a few minutes)
    Maybe it's also helpfull for you.

    thank you for the answer, I will have another look at it today. I am sure that I did something wrong. This was after 14 hours in the studio. sorry!

    1/2 hour later:

    I did download your mid. file, made the test, and everything is working by now. Sorry about the incovinience. Just one small thing : when i do play back your mid. file at bpm 120 in bar 3, third beat, i can hear a noise. If i do play it faster, there will be also the same noise bar 5, third beat- exactly at the start of the function key. Can this be avoided?
