    I picked up a few libraries of Vienna Instruments this week and they run fine on my current Protools 11 set up. 

    Today I got an email from Avid about an updgrade to Protools 12. My questions is: Will VSL Instruments run on Protools 12? It looks like PT 12 is only going to support AAX - I can't tell if my VSL sounds/program is AAX. 

    Any thoughts?

    Hey Paul - I hope you get this in time... I'm leaving the US tomorrow for 6 months work international. 

    I loaded Protools 12 and I'm experiencing a problem with my AAX plug-ins:

    When I arm the record button, the VSL (and EastWest) AAX plug-in recognizes my MIDI keyboard and shows that the notes that I'm playing, but the program is not making any sound. I can record in the Edit window and MIDI information is being processed... for some reason I'm not getting any sound. 

    Thoughts?
