    Hello,

    I purchased the VSL Special Edition Complete Bundle by mistake. I went through PayPal merely to see the price be converted to British Pounds Sterling (as PayPal usually does) to know how much I would have to pay in my currency. I was told I would be able to review the order before making my purchase. I clicked "Continue" expecting to go to a page with the price conversion and the "Pay Now" button before the actual transaction took place. However, the payment went straight through after clicking "Continue"! I did not see the price conversion, nor the "Pay Now" button, even though it said I'll be able to review my order before buying. 

    Now I have an email from UPS saying I have a shipment coming. I do not wish to have to return items. Please stop this before it's too late.

    I wrote to the sales team, but got no response. I searched the forum and I see there were a couple of others who were caught out by the same issue. I checked my PayPal account and it says the purchase is still pending, so I guess I haven't actually been charged yet. I haven't touched to downloads or registered any serial numbers. The TOS says I have a right to withdraw, so I'd like to request that please.

    Please excuse the delayed reply, it's been very busy at the Vienna Symphonic Library lately.

    I'm sorry to hear about this problem. We're already working on improving the PayPal payment option on our website so that issues like the one you had to experience won't happen again.
    We will of course cancel your order and you will receive a full refund - I've sent you a more detailed answer via email. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this issue may have caused.
