    Hello

    I'm reinstalling MIR Pro and have installed the e-Licenser and the Download Manager. My license has been picked up and everything seemed ready to go. I copied my download of the RoomPack onto my Desktop ready to install.

    However, the Download Manager now insists on redownloading the entire 4 GB despite the fact that the files are already downloaded and sitting on my Desktop. When I double click on the 'R01_KonzerthausVienna-r285_w1.download icon, the 'Files' window opens and I click on OK .. then it starts downloading when the files are already there????

    This can't be right, what am I missing?

    Hello Michael.b, 

    You have moved the downloaded files to a different location, that´s why the Download Manager is confused. 

    Solution: Start the LIBRARY INSTALLER from your Vienna Instruments folder and point it to the package.info file in your RoomPack Download Data.
