    Nevermind the fact that I have:
    VSL Cube Complete
    Voices Complete
    Dim Strings/Brass Complete
    Mir Pro
    etc.
    I am not eligible for the clarinet discount. Where as there will be customers out there who have perhaps only winds complete who are eligible. 

    I guess I am a bit peeved.

    Guess what! I have everything, except guitars, full Choir, special woodwinds, dimension brass the organ and saxes (think I haven't missed anything here!). That is almost the full VSL catalogue and I don't get any special price by default. I shere your feeling of frustration! Doesn't seem to be fair!

    It´s hard to please everyone, that´s one of the reason for our ever-changing special offers... 

    @Simon: I have already answered your email to our Sales Team, in your case only the Bassoon 2 is missing from completeing the Woodwinds Bundle. If you add the Woodwinds Bundle FULL Library to your basket, you will benefit from the complementary discounts AND the 20% Disount on the Woodwinds (Bassoon 2 will be 65 Euros. You can then add the Clarinet in Bb 2 Full Library to the basket right away, it will be at the discounted price (50% = 65 Euros) as well. 

    @Fritz: In your case it´s the Special Woodwinds that are missing from the completion of the Woodwinds Bundle. With the 20% discount this is maybe a good time to go for it (like above, add the Woodwinds Bundle to your basket) and then also get the 50% discount on the Clarinet in Bb 2.

    I am afraid, I must insist, this is a pretty unfortunate choice, as it is by pure luck, that some few people having the WW bundle will benefit from a striking 50% bonus, while others, that might have bought just as many samples from you or even more go empty-handed. I understand you cannot make everyone happy, but this is gonna make a lot of loyal customers unhappy, I am sure. Thus far VSL has always made interesting deals for new releases and often more so for loyal customers. I took advantage of these quite often, but this time I am out, although the instrument looks quite promising. I just hope you will take this into consideration for future releases. No hard fellings here! I just think you would like to know.
