    It seems tech support directly from VSL, and general email links, are no longer supported.

    Perhaps someone could help with a basic question. I have a large VSL library I have used successfully for years on my laptop and studio desktop Mac.

    I have replaced the studio Mac with the new MacPro and Logic X. I have also created a duplicate of the sound library on an external usb 3 drive for all VSL and other sample libraries referenced by logic.

    I cannot remember how to administer the VSL install - it has been so long -  ( I did download the new VSL pro instrument app). And also how to point the new install to the newly copied VSL library on the new computer.

    Any help? ou there?  thank you kindly!

    Copy samples over to the new machine

    Plug dongle into a USB port and instal eLicenser software

    Instal VSL software

    Run Directory Manager to point your software to the correct location of the samples.
