    Hi folks,

    I've launch my favorite sequencer and load my VSL librairies today, but surprise, no sounds inside! I don't have any preset or patch inside the window.

    I've checked if the sounds were still on the hard disk where I did installed them, and everything seems to be OK; the folders are NOT empty (for ex. 4,46 Gb for SE VolumeBrass) and all the librairies are in the right place.

    I've just noticed that the software icon on each sound is ...VLC witch have nothing to do with VSL.

    I have to precise that I have a mac and I have recently updated the OS into Yosemite

    Any help would be so kind!

    Check your eLicencer and the licence control centre application - if your licences cannot be recognized for any reason, VI (PRO) won't list any patches in the patch tab on the right. 

    Probably won't be the cause of your problem, but it should be taken out of the equation just in case.

    Hi bmtl,

    Please open the Directory Manager (find it in "Applications" (OS X) or "All Programs" (Win) => then "Vienna Instruments").

    Remove all folders - then add all sample content again by drag and drop from your Finder/Explorer.

    More information about how the Directory Manager works can be found in the video "How to use the Directory Manager".

    Hi Goran And Paul,

     

    thank you so much for your help. The problem was that the folder in the Directory manager was empty.

    I've just reloaded  the files were the sounds are and it works again.
