    I updated to Yosemite on my main computer last night, and my slave computer no longer shows up in my DAW.

    My DAW is DP8. I'm running the latest verison of VEP5 on both machines. Both computers are MAC Pros.

    Now, DP8 is not recognizing VEP on my main MAC either.

    I've decided to replace my OS drive with a clone running Maverick' and to restore from Time Machine.

    Hi Michael,

    What are your network settings? You should definitely use static IP addresses, and avoid 169.x.x.x addresses (these are automatically assigned by your computer and tend to change).

    Please try the following: 

    Manually assign one of these IP addresses to the computers in your setup: 192.168.0.x or 10.0.0.x, and assign a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 (no other entries in the other fields), then it should work.
