    Hello,

    I have two issues with MIR Pro 24.

    • I installed MIR Pro, and I downloaded the Konzerthaus roompack, but I can't install it because it asks for an activation code which I didn't receive, do you know where can I find it?
    • I downloaded the demo version of the room pack, but the video of MIR Pro mentioned that the Konzerthaus was included in the purchase, am I doing something wrong?

    Hi Ziobello,

    sorry for the misleading information presented in the video - this comes from a time when RoomPack 1 (Vienna Konzerthaus) was an integral part of the MIR license. 

    Regarding the activation code issue, please get in contact with supportATvslDOTcoDOTat. The VSL support team will sort it out for you ASAP.
