    I've activated my MIR Pro demo, but am unable to access Roompack 1, or any venue for that matter, to evaluate the software. 

    I have the temporary license available for the venue on my Vienna key (Collection License/Vienna MIR Roompack 1 Vienna Konzerthaus), but no actual software on my computer.

    Within Vienna Ensemble/Preferences, the only file available within Roompack Data folder is called 'default.vmi', but is greyed out, and cannot be selected.

    Trying to download the Roompack demo, gives me the message "You already used up your amount of eligible Demos".

    I look forward to your assistance.
