  • Choir and solo voice accents

Are accents a defined patch in choir and solo voices? If not, I'll work on getting the results I want by playing with the Sibelius accents settings. Also, should slox crossfade be set to 127 with choir and voices, or left at zero as is the default with the Sibelius presets?

Love the voice sounds now that I am using the Sibelius presets. Can hardly wait for the baritone solo voice.

  • Hi Randall!

I'm glad you like the Solo Voices.

The Solo Voices sforzato patches are accented articulations. They can be triggered with an "sf" or "sfz" expression text.

As no cells in the Solo Voices and Choir presets for Sibelius include patches in a b-slot, the setting of the Slot X-Fader doesn't make a difference. It is only relevant, if you use one of the three custom cells at the right and include a patch in a b-slot.

    Best regards,
    Andi
