Vienna Download Manager?

I've been trying to locate the Vienna Download Manager in the "User Area", but I can't seem to find either of these things. The downloading process for VSL is rather convoluted... help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello JayShoe,

The Download Manager can be found in the "Library Downloads" section of MyVSL, along with the download files for your registered product(s).

A short description of the download process can be found in the column on the left side, and more details (with screenshots) are explained in the "Download Manager Manual".

If you need assistance, please let me know which step in these descriptions doesn´t work.

When I clicked on Library Downloads, nothing appeared. Was there any preliminary procedure that I needed to go through before using the Download Manager?

Hello JayShoe,

I checked your registrations, and it seems like you "only" purchased licenses for Vienna Instruments PRO, our advanced sample player... It comes without samples, you need a Vienna Instruments product in order to use it.

I have more or less the same problem but I bought Vienna Suite Pro and I have 3 activation codes that are already registered with the eLicenser

I don't see anything under Library Downloads

Please help

Hi Suprimigean,
the download of Vienna Suite Pro can be found in "Software Installers".
You don't have registered Sample Library products - so there is no download manager available to you.
