Sibelius Sound Set and Cubase Expression Maps for Solo Voices and Whistler

The "VE Choir" sound set for Sibelius has been enhanced for use with the Solo Voices and the Vienna Whistler. The updated sound set is included in the latest version of the VSL Soundset Installer.

New Cubase Expression Maps for the Solo Voices and the Vienna Whistler have been made.

The files can be downloaded by registered users in the MyVSL area under "Notation related".

As the Solo Baritone is also available now, VI presets for Sibelius for the Solo Baritone have been added with the latest version of the VSL Soundset Installer.

Hi Andy,

First a BIG Thank you for releasing the new soundset, your effort is really apreciate. I have also one question:

 I noticed that the snare drum has various rimshots. It seems that all of them are placed within one patch under the same name. By any chance, these various rimshots have distinct names , for example : full rimshot, cross sticks..if so, where can I find them?

The names or descriptions of all drum sounds can be found in the library manuals of the Special Edition and Percussion collections. These manuals can be downloaded from the MyVSL area under "Library Manuals".
