Hi, I just accidentally purchased SE vol2 Brass+, instead of SE vol1 1 Brass+. I have been told by the retailer (Audiodeluxe) that i need to speak to VSL 'Unfortunately once a license has been issued we are unable to initiate a refund as the license is unusable. You will need to contact VSL directly and confirm they are willing to invalidate your license and issue us a replacement in order for us to be able to offer you a credit.'
What do i need to do?
