    This question I posed inside another thread, but I am putting it out through a separate thread so that more people can see it. Is there ANY possibility to give the Solo Trumpet vibrato? I tried CC17 + channel Aftertouch, to no avail. Thank you all, John.

    If you want vibrato, you need to use a vibrato patch.

    I can't help you with Special Edition, but if you look at the manual for Trumpet in C single instrument, you will find sustain patches with vibrato and without vibrato.
