Do you live in Vienna or Austria?
If not, you might want to let your bank or credit card company know that you are making an international purchase with your credit card. I've had this same problem your having and the fault was with my bank's security measures that I had ask them to take many years ago.
Or, you can deal with a 3rd party distributor like Ilio if you reside in the US.
