I opened my session today and got no sound out of any of my software instrument tracks loaded with Vienna Ensemble (I'm using VE to open Eastwest Play sessions). I upgraded my Mac to Mavericks to test any difference and now I'm getting this error:
Plug-in "Vienna Ense" not available!

Now when I try and select a new VE session from I/O it's not even available to select from!
Please help!

HELP! Can't open Vienna Ensemble Pro in Logic 9!

Hi,
I´d also install all audio software again from scratch after an OS upgrade (especially if you used the Migration Assistant), and repair permissions with DiskUtility.
Another idea is to manually validate the plug-in in the AU Manager in Logic.
Latest VSL Software is available here.
Best,

None of this worked unfortunately. I've had to do my music project with EastWest Play without the help of VE, but now it's overloading everything because the Play instances aren't being evenly distributed on the cores of my computer. So now VE is useless to me. If anyone has a solution for this I would greatly appreciate it.

I've tried that and it didn't work. It's not being recognized by Logic Pro X either. Ableton does recognize it, so maybe I'll switch.
