Why there is no instances?

Hello all, I've never seen before this happen. I need a advices.
I installed Mac os Maverick(10.9.4) and Logic pro X. I also installed VEP5 5.3.13240. When I inserted VEP on Logic, there is nothing. Any thought? Thank you.
