Change of color when downloading an instrument (collection)

Hello! Usually, when there is a new instrument(collection), that I have purchased its name appears in red. After downloading it, the color turns to blue. However, despite that I have downloaded Dimension Violas and Dimension Basses, their names are still red. Why is that? Should I be worried?

The red (or orange) colors should simply point out newer releases (to make them easier to find for those Dimension Strings users who have not downloaded the additional files yet).
