    Hi,

    Im trying VEP with Max/Msp (osx 10.9.3) and it doesn't seem to work at all.

    Ive tried both running midi events into the VEP server audio unit directly, and also instantiaing a separate VEP event input.

    In both cases, I can see no midi activity with the (local) VEP instance.

    Ive tried both the audio unit of VEP server/VEP event input and the vst version, but both the same.

    (I know my Max patch is fine, as I can run any other VST without issue)

    so I tried to run again, this time running max from the command line.

    the only error I see is:

    VIPro MIDI client: No such file or directory

    every now and then I can get the VST version of the Vienna Ensemble Pro plugin to work, but never the audio unit version, and never the event input. also after a short while in the VST seems to stop working.

    how can i resolve this?
