Sibelius 7 with MIRx

Hello everyone!

I am using Sibelius 7.1.3 together with Special Editions vol 1 and 4 which I think works really well. I have however begun looking a bit on the MIRx program which sounds like just the sort of tool I want but I am wondering how it would integrate with my Vienna Ensemble 5 (not pro) that Sibelius loads the sounds from. Would there be any complications integrating MIRx to these kind of programs or would it be quite easy to setup?

I am also trying out the Demo of MIR Pro which I find somewhat tough to get the settings right with but day-by-day (third day today) I'm getting there. However, I can not at the moment afford the MIR Pro without putting some stuff like.. rent.. at risk. Therefore I also want to ask how big of a difference in usability there are between those two programs. Obviously, MIR Pro has more stuff, but what more differences are there and, of course the most important question for me, is MIRx easy to use and to make the sounds sound good with Sibelius 7?

MIRx integrates with the VI player, so no issues with VE 5 or Sibelius. You would just enable it in the Sib instruemnts and re-save them.

I just got the MIRx bundle and it works great with Sibelius. I love it beacuase you just enable it on each instrument, select the instrument you are using and BLAMO it sounds fantastic! It's really amazing, especially considering the cost. I had to install the current versions of VE and VI to get it to work but that was it. Very easy to setup.

I believe you can demo MIRx for free. Depending on how much you can afford, you could just buy one hall right now.
