    Hi everybody, I've just bought VSL Special Edition, but I'm having some problems with the Directory Manager. I've save the Library on a external HD (which is correctly connected to the laptop); now, I open the Directory Manager and select the folder where is saved the library, and then I close de Directory. When I open VI standalone, no sounds are there. I've tried to reboot the laptop many times after doing this, but each time the Directory Manager and the VI standalone are busy. What can I do? Thank you so much. PS: I'm using MAC 10.7.8

    did you install the latest version of eLicenser Control Center an register your products ?

    Wekcome hisime, 

    Did you make sure that your sample content is actually installed (*.dat files)?

    Your downloaded installation files (*.cab files, highly compressed) have to be installed (=extracted) to become the actual sample content

    In the installation process, the location of this sample content is added to your Directory Manager automatically. 

    Installation should start automatically if you have not turned off the "Auto-Install" Option in the Download Manager ("on" by default). 

    If the sample content is not installed yet, simply click "INSTALL" in the Download Manager!
