Activation Code Misssing For "Vienna Special Edition" Box Version.....No Extended Lib...

Hi Paul, I recently purchased the box version of Vienna Special Edition Vol.1. on the back of the box it says I have to unlock the extended library online. When I placed the numbers from the inside of the box into my user area, the only thing that was activated was the First Edition and not the Extended. I have no other codes in the box and nothing was sent to my email. What can be done from here? Thank you in advance, Frank

Hi Frank,

Special Edition Volume 1 used to be called "Standard Library", SE Volume 2 used to be called "Extended Library".

I assume that you have "only" purchased SE Volume 1, so you need to get SE Volume 2 additionally in order to unlock the additional content.

Your receipt should show you what you have purchased exactly.
