    The new microphone emulation feature in Gigapulse has me scratching my head. There's a drop down menu with a ton of possible replacement microphones. But I know very little about microphones so I don't know where to begin.

    Could people suggest their favorite microphones for large hall Orchestral recordings. The default seems to be the U47. Is this a good place to start or not? I thought the NT1000 sounded interesting. Am I crazy?
