    I purchased the Symphonic Cube some time ago and have been recently installing the libraries on a windows laptop for portability. All of my licenses seem to be on the key except Orchestral Strings II bass and cello. The dvd's won't install because it says it is missing Celli (8) Basic and Bassi (8) basic. Any help is greatly appreciated as I am at a loss.

    Hello William,

    I've had a look at your account and obviously you've never registered the Orchestral Strings II Standard Library and the Brass II Standard Library. Back in 2008 the ViennaKeys holds also a trial license which seems to be expired. Maybe that's the reason, why you're exploring this issue just now. So, please register your products in your personal user area.

    Hello wpirotte, 

    I have just checked your registrations, and you have actually never downloaded the license for OS II Standard Library.
