I am experiencing a strange problem regarding the tenor sax. Simple put, it is not showing up in my Vienna Instruments player. None of the patches, presets or matrices are there. The other 4 saxophones are accesible. I have made sure that the library's folder is in the directory and the license is on the elicensor. But, no luck. Any sugestions short of downloading the entire library and reinstalling?

Try the safety routine:
Please open the Directory Manager (find it in "Applications" (OS X) or "All Programs" (Win) => then "Vienna Instruments").
Remove all folders - then add all sample content again by drag and drop from your Finder/Explorer.
